Terms of Use

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to Catalog10 — the website at catalog10.com, the Catalog10 web app and the Catalog10 mobile apps (together, “Catalog10”). Catalog10 is a brand owned and operated by Electrox LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Catalog10, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Catalog10 on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

1. The service

Catalog10 is a B2B marketplace platform for sharing and discovering business catalogs, listings, supplier offers, and trading opportunities.

Businesses use Catalog10 to publish listings, build catalogs, share them through links to the channels they choose — such as WhatsApp, Telegram, social networks or individual contacts — and see how their shared links perform.

2. Your account and your content

  • Keep your account information accurate and your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the team members you invite.
  • Users are responsible for the content they publish, including listing and product information, prices, quantities, and contact details.
  • Catalog10 does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, or completion of any posted listings or communications between users.

3. Acceptable use

  • Users must not publish fraudulent, misleading, illegal, abusive, or spam content.
  • Do not send Catalog10 links or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, and do not send bulk, unsolicited or repetitive messages.
  • Do not impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your relationship with one.
  • Use the contact details you receive through Catalog10 — for example, a buyer’s name and WhatsApp number after they contact one of your listings — only to answer that inquiry, and in line with applicable law.
  • Do not interfere with Catalog10, get around its limits or security checks, or collect data from it by automated means.
  • Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations related to trading, imports, exports, taxes, and communications.

4. Sharing your listings and contacting people

Today, when you share through Catalog10, you send the message yourself: Catalog10 prepares the message and the link and opens WhatsApp, Telegram, your e-mail or another app for you to send it. Catalog10 does not send these messages on your behalf and does not access your phone’s contacts or address book.

You are responsible for having permission to contact the people and groups you share with, for following the rules of the app you send through, and for stopping when someone asks you to.

5. Connecting your WhatsApp Business number

The owner of a company account can connect the company’s WhatsApp Business number to Catalog10 in Settings › Connected accounts, through Meta’s Embedded Signup. Catalog10 then receives the messages customers send to that number, labels each one by topic and urgency, and shows them to the company’s users on the Messages page. You reply in WhatsApp, as usual. If the owner switches on Reply from Catalog10 for the number, the company’s users can also reply from the Messages page, within 24 hours of the customer’s last message: Catalog10 sends those replies from your number through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, and Meta bills each one to your own WhatsApp Business account — not through Catalog10, which adds no fees. Catalog10 does not send anything else from your number.

  • Authorization. By connecting, you authorize Catalog10 to receive, through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, the messages sent to the number you connect and, if you keep using it in the WhatsApp Business app, a record that you replied, and to use them as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If the number isn’t in the WhatsApp Business app, Catalog10 registers it on the WhatsApp Business Platform for you. You remain the owner of your WhatsApp Business account and keep your own access to it through Meta.
  • Meta’s and WhatsApp’s rules. When you connect, you accept Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform and must follow them, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
  • Your customers. The people who write to your number are your customers, and your relationship with them is yours — including, where the law requires it, telling them that you use service providers such as Catalog10 to handle your WhatsApp messages. Catalog10 handles their messages on your behalf, only to provide this service to you, as our Privacy Policy describes.
  • Labels and message texts. Labels are made by AI: they are suggestions, they can be wrong and you can change them. Each connected number gets a daily number of labels, according to your plan; messages past that number arrive unlabeled. Customers’ message texts are shown for 72 hours, then deleted.
  • Responsibilities. You are responsible for how you use the messages and your customers’ details; Catalog10 is responsible for operating the feature as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. WhatsApp and Meta enforce their own rules and may limit, suspend or remove a business’s account or phone number, or Catalog10’s own access to the WhatsApp Business Platform; Catalog10 cannot overrule their decisions.
  • Restricting misuse. To protect the people who write to you, other businesses and Catalog10’s access to WhatsApp, we may disconnect your number from Catalog10 or suspend your Catalog10 account when we reasonably believe it is being used against these Terms or Meta’s or WhatsApp’s rules.
  • Disconnecting. The company owner can disconnect the number at any time in Settings › Connected accounts. Catalog10 then stops receiving its messages, and you can choose to delete its conversations and labels at the same time; see our Data deletion page.

8. Suspension and closing your account

  • Catalog10 reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts or content that violate platform rules.
  • You can delete your account at any time; our Data deletion page explains how and what happens to your data.

9. Paid plans, renewal and cancelling

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, for the period you choose (one or three months), and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time in the app: Plans & Billing › Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active, with everything it includes, until the end of the period you have already paid for. Then your company moves to the Free plan and is not charged again.
  • Payments are not refunded, including for the rest of a period after you cancel. The one exception: if we don't approve your company's profile, we cancel its plan and refund its payments in full.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
